Construction Services #

Zenith’s services continue into the construction stage to inspect and verify that the construction is in accordance with the design shown on the drawings and specification.

Preconstruction Reviews #

Zenith carries out reviews of steel and precast concrete workshop drawings to facilitate and ensure compliance with the design requirements as shown on the drawings and specifications.

Zenith carries out reviews of Work Method Statements as required and documented in the drawings and specifications. Work Method Statements are typically required for steel erection, precast concrete erection and other constructions as deemed necessary.

Off Site Inspections #

Steelwork is inspected during fabrication, particularly weldments, and after application of protective treatment for compliance with the requirements shown on the drawings and specification

Precast Concrete is inspected during the reinforcement fabrication, pretensioning of prestress steel and concrete placement to ensure compliance with the design drawings and specification.

Site Inspections #

Site inspection of all critical elements and processes are made to ensure compliance with the design drawings and specifications.

Critical elements include piles, footings, reinforced concrete columns, beams and slabs, precast concrete installation and fixing, steelwork including site welds, protective treatment and bolt tightening.

Certification #

Zenith provide a certificate of compliance based on the design drawings issued and supported by records of the above inspection to the limit as carried out.
