Brian Pearson is the founder of Zenith Engineering Design, Sydney, Australia, and brings a depth of experience to assist clients in achieving their objectives.
Brian graduated from The University of New South Wales (UNSW) with an Honours degree in Civil Engineering in 1972, focused on Structural Engineering. Later, he also gained a MEngSc from UNSW in Structural Engineering.
Brian has a wide experience in structural engineering design and construction including bridges, coal handling facilities, train servicing facilities, road tunnels water supply and waste water treatment plants, pumping stations, wharf facilities, retaining walls, and coal reclaim tunnels, swimming pools, low rise buildings. Brian has also investigated and produced several reports on failures for use by the legal profession in litigation processes.
With former employers Brian has been an integral team member of many significant projects including:
- Tamworth Water Treatment Plant
- Collie Power Station
- M5 East bridges and Cooks River tunnel – in a verification role
- Kooragang K6 Wharf for 130,000 tonne ships
- North Bondi Treatment Plant Upgrade
- Sydney Desalination Plant
